General Scope of Work

This document helps us to work with a clear scope, allowing us to focus on executing real, powerful work with clarity in the workflow.

All project pricing is based and invoiced in Euros (€). Any prices displayed or quoted in USD ($) or other currencies are approximations provided for the Client's convenience and may fluctuate based on current market exchange rates.

Long Format Videos

Tier I - €180 ($210)

Tier II - €350 ($410)

• Running time up to 10 minutes

• Running time up to 16 minutes

• Raw footage up to 30 minutes

• Everything in Tier II, plus extended footage & running time

Add-Ons

• Running time up to 90 seconds

Overage Policy

If the final running time exceeds the tier’s base duration by more than 15 seconds, each additional minute is charged at €30.

If the raw footage exceeds the tier’s base duration by more than 30 seconds, each additional raw minute is charged at €20.

If adding overage minutes would exceed the next tier's base price, the client automatically gets upgraded to that tier instead.

Revisions

For fixed-price projects, up to 2 revision rounds are included for minor edits and adjustments (e.g., trim length, changing text & graphics color, repositioning text). Revisions should be communicated clearly based on the Feedback Guide I’ll provide, so the revisions process can flow smoothly.

Major scope changes - such as significant re-editing, new footage integration, or substantial structural reworks are outside the base package and need a change order. Client will be notified of the details before proceeding.

Revision rounds beyond the included 2 are available for €30.

Communication

All day-to-day communication will happen via WhatsApp or Slack. Delays longer than 10 consecutive days can result in the project to be put on hold and shift the final deadline.

Feedback

For absolute clarity and a smooth feedback loop, all video versions will be uploaded to Frame.io. The Client agrees to submit all comments, timestamps, and revision ideas directly on the platform based on our feedback guide.

To prevent miscommunication, feedback left via chat messages, emails, or voice notes will not be accepted. We cannot take responsibility for missing or misinterpreted edits requested outside of Frame.io.

For a smooth revision process ideally we need feedback back in 48 business hours.

Deliverables & Formats

Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables will be:

• Final rendered file(s) in the agreed format (MP4, MOV, etc.)

• Optimized for the specified platform(s)

• Provided via cloud storage (Google Drive, etc.)

Project files (Davinci Resolve, etc.) are not included in standard deliverables.
